Luffy in alabasta arc is honestly a whole lot more annoying than in any other arc. There was a different energy to their comedy. It almost seemed a running gag on luffy being ridiculously stupid, and a handful. I definitely think alabasta was the worst though. I love the arc, but luffy was more annoying is what i meant. I don't understand why everyone keeps referring to Monkey as"Luffy ...
So “Monkey” is his family/last name, and “Luffy” is his given name. Hence his father’s name is “Monkey D. Dragon”, and his grandfather is “Monkey D. Garp”. I guess this confirms Robin identifies as a man since his first name is Nico. Because Luffy is supposed to be non-white, you cannot call him Monkey. I don't understand why ...
